Goal: The Blue Jay Tuesday campaign was developed to build a greater community among Hopkins affiliates by encouraging them to wear blue and Hopkins gear on Tuesdays.

Deliverables & Design Thinking: Launched in 2022 and recurring every Tuesday. University Communications provided the following support for the campaign:

  • Campaign look and feel (utilizing mascot imagery to represent Blue Jay pride and creating flexible design assets to be used across deliverables as opposed to one “logo”)
  • Temporary signage (pop-up banners, full-size and tabletop, to accompany tabling efforts)
  • Giveaways (buttons and stickers for community members to wear on Tuesdays and anytime)
  • Digital and social graphics
  • Marq templates (available for all Marq users to spread the word about the campaign)
